NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth: "The Dallas City Council has approved a two-year pilot project for a free downtown shuttle service with stops at more than a dozen sites.
The $2.5 million project approved Wednesday also involves bus operator Dallas Area Rapid Transit and the business group Downtown Dallas Inc. The city and the organizations will share the cost for the shuttle dubbed D-Link. The service begins Nov. 4."
